"More than words!!!"

If an abandoned animal just passed by your side, what would you do?

  1. Ignore it;
  2. Look and wish it good luck;
  3. Worry about its destination, its needs, its future and DO SOMETHING.

If you answered “c”, welcome to the animal protection team.

Just like you, I do believe that we must care about LIFE, since it’s a noble value, priceless and must be preserved on its all expressions.

I’ve joined the animal protection team, because I deeply believe that, we all (people and animals) exist on Earth for living together, respecting each other and continuously learning to do so. Unfortunately, I also realized that, most of the people and authorities, as well, don’t care about the animals, especially the mistreated and abandoned ones.

If animals can’t defend themselves against bad people, I can do it for them. And so can you! And we can do it together, enhancing our social demands strength!

I’ve already seen and experienced many tough situations on this route, but I continue fighting in the battle with all my efforts, since I know that if things are still not perfect, it’s because I still need to keep doing my best!

We can’t blame an abandoned animal for its miserable condition on streets, but we can demand from authorities actions to avoid this situation! And sometimes we can also PRODUCE a solution! You don’t have to be a lawyer or politician to do it, just do it because you are a citizen and live in society. Or, if you prefer, just do it for proving yourself that you can be SOMEONE and not just “one more”! Make it happen and after, check it out!

As a specialist lawyer (about to conclude the second specialization course) and as UNS English teacher, I’ve always tried to show people who surround me that, the more you share your knowledge and use it for a social cause and its own benefit, the more you learn as a human being.

If a lawyer knows the laws, the administrators and managers have conditions to clarify and think of new ideas and solutions for the animal abandon problem. And there are also many other professionals who have no idea about how much they can contribute to it: veterinary, businessman, salesclerk, police officer etc.

What is necessary to accomplish the animal protection? Answer: Initiative!

We can make “the difference” for our present and future generations. We only have to start respecting the animals and making sure that the ones who mistreated them WILL be punished!

Justice is more than a beautiful word, it’s something that we must all fight for, defend, aim, conquer and maintain.

I don’t want to change the world, like some people may think, but I’m convicted that, if we all do our best, more and more people will have it as motivation for starting their own contribute on a social cause.

Besides, don’t forget that not only the animals need us, but many orphans ( children and elderly people), sick people, explored people and ignorant people (for not having access to knowledge and information) have also the right to EXIST with dignity and the right to BE RECOGNIZED as something more than a statistic number!
MAKE YOUR CHOICE! :)
