Workshop at UNS Tatuapé: listening strategies

As listening is an active part of the learning process, this workshop focused on making students aware of strategies that might help them become more attentive listeners. Firstly, we discussed the difficulties we normally have to understand what is being said in several different situations. After that, students received a handout with some strategies and techniques, which are used in L2 classes to lead the learners to overcome some of their problems. Finally, they did an activity in which they had the opportunity to put some of the strategies in practice.
