Looking back on 2011: What do Brazilians look like?

Last October, my Survival students were given a different task: to describe some ordinary people that walked on the streets of our neighborhood, Lapa. They were supposed to take photos of people and then describe them. At first, they were extremely apprehensive to do it; but after some practice, they were like professional photographers and excellent English speakers too! It was a morning to be remembered!
