Looking back on 2011: UNS Tatuapé staff get NLP training

During the last Academic Meeting, we had the opportunity to meet Marina Bueno. Being absolutely involved by the theme, once she is familiar with Neuro Linguistic Programming, and by the lecturer herself, Vivian, our director, decided to present us with her workshop. It happened on Friday, September 30th, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Everybody participated in this event: the director, the coordinator, the teachers, the receptionists and the cleaning lady. As it was a small group, we were able to discuss the features of our personality while she presented the Enneagram. It was a very pleasant day. As a result, we started to understand and help one another by respecting our differences. Marina also gave us some hints on how to understand our students and learn how to deal with them.
