Be An Angel Day

Celebrated on August 22nd, Be an Angel Day is an international event in which people are encouraged to be like angels. At UNS Tatuapé, we encouraged students to suggest a good deed which could be performed by themselves or someone else inside the school. In order to make students aware of the importance of this day, we gave everybody a leaflet with information about the event and placed a suggestion box on the reception desk.
Our students were supposed to write a good deed on a piece of paper and put it in the box. Throughout the third week of August, Vivian, our director, dressed like an angel and in the last minutes of the classes, the students gathered at the reception lounge, picked up a piece of paper from the box and performed the suggested act.
Not only was it an excellent interaction among people, but also there was a fellowship atmosphere in which everybody had the opportunity to meet new people from other groups and make new friends.
